Lifesize Sculptures of Steel by NatureMaker

NatureMaker is a unique combination of masterful engineering and one of a kind nature sculpture. Life size and true to the minutest detail of bark and branch, its hand sculpted replica trees are original and only ‘Steel Art Sculptures’. Whether a monumental banyan whose arching branches and spreading roots offer a nesting place for children’s imaginations in a library, or a six-story oak stimulating awe in a hotel lobby, or a preserved or artificial palm tree in a large tropical atrium, these trees have engendered an entirely new “experience” of Nature in exhibit design and themed environments.

Bennet Abrams’ an ecologist artist and sculptor and Garry Hanick , the co founders of nature maker have developed and perfected the techniques used to build as they call it ‘the monumental trees’. These magnificent creations have become a unique art form, and the company’s designers, artisans and engineers assist with every aspect of interior landscaping of Nature Maker Steel Art Trees. It has gone far beyond the simple idea of incorporating plants and small artificial trees into an atrium. Cutting edge designers now include NatureMaker sculptures as free-standing elements, or as “column wrap” trees, to camouflage pillars or I-beams.

The applications, design, and configurations of sculpted trees fashioned by NatureMaker are as limitless as nature itself. "Steel Art Sculptures" are that rare discovery, found wherever the creative impulse demands a magnificent expression of nature: museum exhibit design; retail and shopping mall interiors; hospitality and restaurant design; "thematic" landscapes in public spaces, including lobby design, private residences, churches, even palaces!
A phenomenon in the world of art and commercial design, each monumental, sculptured tree handcrafted by NatureMaker is an original, one-of-a-kind arboreal sculpture. Its custom tree sculptures are individually handcrafted to exacting architectural, design, and engineering specifications.

NatureMaker recently completed an orchard of orange trees in Cardenas, a specialty market chain located throughout Southern California. It also completed installation of a majestic olive tree for the themed Food Hall of the Cardenas chain. At NatureMaker, the imagination of the artist, the knowledge of the scientist and the creative know-how of the engineer continue to propel the company to new levels of innovation. Currently in research and development:

• Trees as outdoor sculptures
• New applications and designs of interactive trees
• Monumental trees up to 20 stories tall
